Concordance = equivalence. These scores are officially "concorded" — an SAT of 1200 is considered equivalent to an ACT of about 25. Colleges use the same tables, so a strong score on either test counts equally; you don't need to take both.
Submit your stronger score. Convert both of your scores and send whichever is higher on the concordance. If one test suits you noticeably better, focus your prep (and applications) there.
